The thermometers that work with McLearen Kitchen, and makers whose gear suits the recipes in it. None of these links pays us anything today.

Thermometers the app reads

• ThermoPro TempSpike (TP960, TP962 Twin, TP970): tried. The app reads the meat at the tip and the air at the handle, from the probe's Bluetooth broadcasts or through its booster, with no account. Sold at temppro.com.
• Govee H5198: tried. Four probes, read from what it broadcasts over Bluetooth; nothing to pair and no Govee account. govee.com
• Inkbird iBBQ thermometers: the app speaks Inkbird's Bluetooth protocol, so they should pair, but one has not been tried yet. Tell us if you have one. inkbird.com

Other thermometers, such as MEATER and the ThermoWorks Bluetooth models, work in their own apps; the Smoker's Only Club page lists what each one does.
